Policies

Cottage Food Disclosure: Ellen Specht, PruniHani LLC — West Milford, NJ — CFO#1518. Prepared under N.J.A.C. 8:24-11 in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of Health.

Pickup Policy: Food items are pickup only in West Milford/North Jersey. No shipping or delivery. Meetups only within a reasonable radius. Pickup times scheduled in advance; late pickups may forfeit remake/refund. After handoff, customer is responsible for temperature control, transport, storage, and handling.

Returns & Refunds (Food Items): Food items are final sale. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins. Issues must be reported within 24 hours.

Liability Policy: Kitchen handles major allergens (dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, soy, gluten, dyes); cross-contamination possible. Once handed off, customer assumes responsibility for safe transport and storage.

Happy Accidents Policy: Homemade items may have small cosmetic variations; these are not defects. No refunds or remakes for normal variation. Major issues (missing items, significant damage) will be corrected.
